Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I send my samples?
Samples should be sent to 5485 Conestoga Ct Ste 210 Boulder, CO 80301.
If you are sending samples to be analyzed for a custom set of primers please make sure to contact us before shipment.
Can I send samples on a weekend?
We will not be able to receive samples on Saturday or Sunday. Please make sure that your samples arrive Monday-Friday so we can process them.
How should I package samples for shipment?
Small numbers of filters can simply be mailed in the provided blue bubble mailers. If you are shipping a large volume of samples they can be packaged in any box or envelope. There is no need for insulated shipping containers. We recommend using FedEx or UPS two-day shipping.
How long after you receive a sample can I expect results?
qPCR results will be returned within a few days to a week assuming we have an assay ready to go. If we need to order a new assay turnaround time will increase.
For anything NGS, it takes 4-6 weeks for data return because of the additional sample preparation necessary.
We can expedite services for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss.
How do I access my data?
A link to access your results will be emailed to you when they are available. Return to JonahDNA.com at anytime to view or download.
